WELCOME TO HAVOC

OUR COACHING MENTORS

At Hidden Valley Havoc, we pride ourselves on fostering talent and dedication in young players. Our team is committed to building skills, strength, and a love for the game, rather than simply recruiting existing talent.

Chris Sayegh

Coach & Founder

Coach Chris has spent more than 30 years in youth sports as both a player and coach. He began coaching over 20 years ago at Ted Greene Little League in Pomona, where he discovered his passion for developing young athletes.

After serving in the U.S. Army's 10th Mountain Division, including a deployment to Afghanistan, Coach Chris brought the values of leadership, discipline, accountability, and teamwork back to the baseball field.

For the past seven years, he has dedicated himself to developing players on and off the field. As the founder of Hidden Valley Havoc, he believes success comes through hard work, character, and a family-first culture. His mission is to provide a positive, competitive environment where every player has the opportunity to grow into a better athlete, teammate, and person.

Matt Leech

9u & 10u Coach

Coach Matt has more than six years of baseball coaching experience and is passionate about helping young athletes develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game. A former collegiate track and field and cross-country athlete, he understands the importance of hard work, dedication, and teamwork, and strives to instill those values in every player he coaches.

Coach Matt believes that youth baseball is about more than wins and losses—it's about building character, having fun, and creating a positive environment where every player can grow both on and off the field. He is committed to helping athletes improve their fundamentals while encouraging sportsmanship, respect, and a strong work ethic.

When he's not at the ballpark, Coach Matt enjoys cheering on his daughter at her soccer games, spending quality time with his family, and staying active by playing volleyball and softball.

He is passionate about helping young athletes build their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game. Coach Mike is dedicated to creating a positive and supportive environment where players can learn, grow, and have fun.

His greatest reward is watching young athletes develop both their abilities on the field and their love for baseball. Through his commitment and encouragement, Coach Mike strives to make a lasting and positive impact on every player he coaches.
