About
Team Havoc was founded by Chris and Lauren Sayegh with one simple goal: to create a place where their son and his friends could continue playing the game they love in a positive, competitive environment.
Like many families, they experienced firsthand some of the challenges that can come with travel baseball—where affordability, politics, and "who you know" can sometimes stand in the way of opportunities. They believed there was a better way.

Team Havoc was built on the idea that every hardworking player who loves the game deserves a chance to compete, develop, and be part of something special. Our focus is on player development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and creating an environment where athletes are challenged to reach their full potential while having fun along the way.

As Havoc began to grow, Chris and Lauren met fellow travel baseball enthusiasts Mike and Kristi Preston. Sharing the same passion and vision, they formed a partnership dedicated to building an organization that puts players and families first.

Today, Team Havoc is more than just a baseball program—it's a family. We are committed to developing fundamentally sound, confident athletes while creating lifelong friendships and unforgettable childhood memories on the diamond. We believe success isn't measured only by wins and championships, but by the character, work ethic, and love for the game that our players carry with them long after the final out.

The name Havoc represents the intensity, energy, and relentless effort our players bring every time they step onto the field. It's about disrupting the competition through hustle, discipline, teamwork, and preparation—not intimidation.

Our mascot, The Reaper, was inspired by Coach Chris Sayegh's military call sign while serving in the U.S. Army. To us, the Reaper is not a symbol of darkness—it's a symbol of determination, resilience, and unwavering focus. It represents an athlete who never quits, never backs down from a challenge, and is always ready to outwork the competition.
